| 2 | What should I do if my magazine(s) don’t start within 8-12 weeks? Please allow up to 8-12 weeks for service to begin on all your selections. The amount of service for each title you have paid for begins with the first issue you receive. So for instance if you pay for 12 months of service on a particular titles, and then after 12 months choose to change to a different title, you will receive a full 12 months of the original title beginning with the first issue you receive. You may receive some issues of the original selection and the replacement selection during the same month. |

| 9 | How can I swap the selection of magazines I receive? It's easy! To swap a magazine, simply click on the "swap" button. To remove a magazine, just click on the box in the "Remove" column under My Magazines. When you are done making your changes, proceed to Checkout to ensure that your account is updated. Remember that it is entirely possible for you to receive service on your old title and your new title at the same time, but your monthly rate will not increase as a result. |

| 10 | Why can it sometimes take up to 8-12 weeks to receive my first issue? Monthly magazines are printed just once each month, and there are certain cut-off dates to be included for each issue. If you order is entered with the publishers after the cut-off date for a certain issue, you'll have to wait until the next month to receive your first issue. |

However certain magazines are more expensive to publish, and standard publishers subscription pricing applies. In these cases we take the lowest annual subscription pricing we are authorized to sell, break this amount into a monthly payment amount and the amount in excess of our minimum monthly rate will be displayed as a “premium pricing” . |

Simply put, rather than pay for a magazine annually you have the option with us to pay monthly, and change or cancel the magazine anytime. |

With a subscription, you commit to a specific magazine for a set duration and price. A MAGAZINE GALLERY membership requires no such commitment. Instead, you pay a monthly fee per magazine with the option to change or cancel your selections at any time- with no penalty or cancellation fee. |

Please ensure that the same magazine is not listed twice in your MAGAZINE GALLERY account Magazine list. If so, simply delete one listing and replace it with another magazine. Alternatively, you may have selected a magazine through MAGAZINE GALLERY that you already subscribe to. If you have an existing subscription, you can go to "My Magazines" and choose a replacement magazine. If your subscription ends and you want to continue receiving that magazine, you can simply add it back to your MAGAZINE GALLERY account at that time. |

| 31 | I currently have magazine subscriptions. Will my MAGAZINE GALLERY order affect them? MAGAZINE GALLERY is a completely independent magazine service. Ordering through us does not affect any current subscriptions you may already have. So, if you order a magazine through us that you already subscribe to, and do not specify the order as a “renewal”, you may receive a duplicate copy. If you do not wish to receive two copies of the same magazine, we suggest selecting a different magazine through MAGAZINE GALLERY now so you don't disrupt your current subscription. Then, later on, you can add that magazine to your MAGAZINE GALLERY account whenever you choose. |
